​I have spent twenty years diving deeply into the worlds of dance, acrobatics and martial arts. After years coaching technique, I noticed a trend of physical practitioners who felt somehow disenchanted with their own practice.

I began to direct my coaching specifically toward helping practitioners from various physical disciplines to uncover what a truly vital practice looked like for them.

Today, I use my tried-and-tested approach to guide people across the world into a truly satisfying practice of their own.
